*this one was also not meant to be serious, but was out of frustration at someone's directions to some jazz club in which she said "the exit leads you in one direction so make a u-turn to go in the other direction." confused, i said, "but all exits lead to one direction!!" now that i think about it, i guess it made sense. just like a true 'philosophical' quote -makes sense, but you never quite catch it...
